Old Westmoreland Neighborhood Home Owner’s Association is very active. The twelve (12) member board and committee members oversee many activities which include the annual Family Picnic, Wine & Cheese Gathering, Lighting of the Christmas Tree, and Ladies Holiday Luncheon and Home Tour. The Association is proud of its surroundings and takes special pride in the Historical Waterwheel and Neighborhood Christmas Tree area. Communication with neighbors is through the Neighborhood Newsletter or emails. The Home Owner’s Dues is $50.00 per year. |
